PRICING

1. Price and product data is correct at the time of printing of any hard copy catalogue or brochure. Details should be checked on the website. Any data is valid for a minimum of thirty days from the date of issue.

2. Words Worldwide Ltd reserves the right at any time by written notice given before despatch to vary the price of goods to take account of any price changes.

 

QUOTATIONS

3. Quotations given by Words Worldwide Ltd are valid for thirty days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed at the time of production of the quotation.

 

ORDERS

4. We welcome orders by telephone, fax, post or e-mail and can deliver worldwide. Our e-shop is available for online shopping and payment can be made only by credit or debit card.

5. In the case of account holders, a purchase order number must be given when placing an order.

6. Any order placed with Words Worldwide Ltd for goods and services is considered as a binding contract from the moment of receipt. The only exception to this is where alternative conditions are specified and agreed to by both parties at the time that the order is placed.

7. We will use all reasonable efforts to keep your details and order secure. Our e-shop is a secure site.

8. Orders are subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are subject to English law. No amendments to these will be accepted.

 

CANCELLATIONS

9. Any on-site training sessions cancelled at less than forty eight hours notice will incur a penalty of the full payment due as if the training had proceeded. Sessions cancelled at longer notice will be eligible for full reimbursement of any fees paid in advance.

10. Payment for goods ordered over the internet and cancelled before shipment has been made will normally be reimbursed within five working days. Where goods have been shipped, a handling charge will be made and this will be deducted from the amout reimbursed.

 

PAYMENT

11. Orders may be paid for by major credit cards, debit cards, cash or cheque. All prices are in pounds sterling, exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.

12. Credit and debit card payments are deducted at time of purchase. Cheques and postal order payments will be processed on receipt.  Goods will not be despatched until full payment has cleared.

13. In the case of any amounts remaining owing from the purchaser to the supplier after remittance, title to and ownership of goods in question will remain with the supplier.

 

SHIPPING

14. Goods will normally be despatched within three working days (except weekends and bank holidays) for delivery within four working days. We are dependent upon our suppliers for the availability of goods we do not hold in stock. You will be immediately advised of any abnormal delay or where those goods are no longer available.

15. Every effort will be made to meet the estimated delivery time, but this cannot be guaranteed by Words Worldwide Ltd who shall not be liable for any costs, damage or loss however caused, whether direct or indirect.

16. The customer should arrange for additional insurance to be provided to cover for loss caused by the courier or postal services. Such cover will not otherwise be provided.

16. Different items on the same order may be despatched separately.

17. Most products are delivered by courier and a signature will be required to confirm receipt of goods. A standard delivery and packaging charge will be charged for all deliveries. The amount will vary depending on the delivery address and current details are given on our web site.

18. Goods supplied may not be identical to the original but will be compatible. Books of instructions or guidelines may be photocopies of originals.

 

WARRANTY

19. All goods are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from the date of dispatch, or in accordance with manufacturers warranty, whichever period is less.

 

COMPLAINTS

20. In the event of a complaint, please write to the Sales Department, Words Worldwide Ltd, 9 Military Road, Heddon on the Wall, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 0BQ.

21. Nothing in the above conditions shall be taken to affect your statutory rights.

 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

22. Claims for goods that are lost or damaged in transit must be made in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please contact the office immediately.

23. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection.

 

RETURNS

24. If you are not satisfied with goods, they must be returned within ten days of the date of dispatch. They must be complete with the original packaging and in new condition. They will then be replaced or payment will be refunded, less carriage and packing charges. This offer excludes instruction books, software, CDs, DVDs and special order items unless they are faulty.

25. All returns must be made in accordance with the procedure for returning goods set out below.

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS

1. Call 01661-854700 and ask for Customer Services.

2. Clarify whether goods qualify for being returned. Goods can only be returned if any of the following circumstances occur; goods delivered are not as ordered; goods proven to have been delivered damaged; goods qualify for being replaced under warranty.

3. Ask for an official Returns Number.

4. Return goods with the Returns Number written clearly on the outside of the box, together with a copy of the original invoice and delivery note.
